As World Medicine Pharmaceutical Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company, we take the necessary measures to ensure the security of your data processed within the framework of our Company’s activities and to process and store it in compliance with the law under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (GDPR).
For what purposes do we collect and process personal data?
Within the scope of our Company’s commercial and administrative activities, your personal data may be processed within the framework of Articles 5 and 6 of the GDPR and may vary depending on the nature of these activities. Your personal data is processed during company headquarters, factory and branch activities and by our field employees and other employees for reasons and purposes such as collecting job applications and conducting recruitment processes, contacting customers and potential customers, organizing and conducting organizations and events, and fulfilling legal obligations.
For what purposes and to whom is your personal data transferred?
Your personal data that we process is shared only with relevant Company departments, authorized persons working within these departments, official institutions and organizations, and our business partners in accordance with the processing purpose, for the purposes of conducting necessary work and ensuring security.
In this regard, your personal data is transferred within World Medicine to our business partners, suppliers, third parties from whom services are received within the framework of company activities, ERP applications and backup systems.
What are the legal basis and methods of personal data processing?
Your personal data is obtained from us, our business partners, third-party service providers, our employees, suppliers and representatives we work with, career sites and similar channels for the purposes listed above and processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the GDPR and to fulfill our legal obligations.
What are the rights of the personal data subject?
Regarding personal data processed within the scope of our Company’s activities, data subjects may apply to our Company as listed in Article 11 of the GDPR;
a) Learning whether personal data is processed,
b) Requesting information about this if personal data has been processed,
c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Requesting correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
e) Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the GDPR,
f) Requesting that the operations performed in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person as a result of analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) They have the right to request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
