The ISO 17025-accredited WMINOLAB Innovation Laboratory continuously strengthens its technological infrastructure and expands its portfolio of analytical services to improve the quality of national pharmaceuticals. With our new generation test and analytical systems, we generate robust and traceable data that meet the latest regulatory expectations for packaging materials, medical devices and pharmaceutical products.
Thanks to the Instron Autoinjector Test System, we perform comprehensive force-related performance tests on packaging materials and medical devices that have gained importance under current pharmaceutical regulations, including:
- Tensile testing,
- Compression testing,
- Friction testing,
- Bending and flexural testing.
Using test systems compliant with international (ISO) standards, we carry out performance and quality studies on critical force parameters with a strong focus on product and patient safety.
Our HPLC–ELSD (Evaporative Light Scattering Detector) System enables the detection of non-volatile and non-chromophoric compounds through an evaporative light scattering detector, supporting separation and quantification of related molecules. With this system, we reliably perform:
- Raw material monograph methods,
- Dedicated analyses for complex structures,
- Detection of non-chromophoric (non-UV active) substances,
- Detection of non-volatile substances.
is carried out with high reliability.
Leveraging the advantages of the HPLC–IC (Ion Chromatography) System, we conduct high-sensitivity ion analyses in our laboratory, including:
- Separation of anions and cations,
- Detection of ions at low concentrations,
- Ion selectivity for complex samples.
Detailed studies are being conducted in these fields.
With these state-of-the-art instruments, we are pleased to share the outcomes of our work with our stakeholders. Within the scope of our ISO 17025 accreditation, we continue to act as a global solution partner through specific R&D studies such as Extractables & Leachables, nitrosamine and elemental impurity analyses, and to support pharmaceutical licensing processes as a reliable analytical partner.
