Absorbance Measurement by UV-Vis Spectroscopy

UV-Vis spectroscopy is a technique used to measure the amount of light absorbed or transmitted by a sample in different wavelengths of ultraviolet (UV) and visible (Vis) light. It works by passing a UV-Vis beam through a sample and measuring the amount of light that passes through. By analyzing the absorption and transmission patterns of the light, the sample’s components can be identified and quantified.

We perform qualitative and quantitative analyses such as determining the presence and/or amounts of certain substances using UV-Vis spectroscopy.
